1. First of all, you need to open the browser on your windows or mac computer. 

2. Now go to the yahoo.com website and then click on the sign in button. 

3. Here, you need to enter the login information like- username and email address and then click on the sign in button. 

4. Now scroll down and click on the on the new folder button. 

5. Give a name to the yahoo mail folder and then click on the ok button.

6. Finally, press the ok button. 


Why I can't create a mail folder on the yahoo mail account?
